Summer Dresses

“I love dresses. I live in them during the summer,” says Emily Jacobs, a Baltimore Jewish Times editorial intern and incoming sophomore at the University of Maryland, College Park. “Dresses are really comfortable, and there are so many cute styles this season,” she adds. We stopped by South Moon Under’s newest retail location at Harbor East, where Emily perused the racks for her favorite styles.
