Barbara Gerber

Out of his love of chicken, tomato sauce and pasta, Adam Gerber, a junior at Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School, has inspired his mother,  Barbara, to concoct this perfect, easy-to-make dish.  Enjoying their time together in the kitchen, this mother-son duo frequently prepares this entrée for their 15 to 20 weekly Shabbat guests.  According to Ms. Gerber, Pizza Chicken is a big hit with both friends and family. Little do their guests know just how simple it is to prepare––that is, until now!
