Jenifer Sirkis has lost close to 80 pounds. She did it by following the Weight Watcherìs diet, as well as adapting some of her favorite recipes and making them healthy.
“I try to find alternatives to high fat foods that everybody likes,” she says. Some of her tricks include replacing oils with applesauce or
chicken broth and using lots of spices. Her two favorite spices are cinnamon and chili powder.
This 1997 graduate of Franklin High School, who currently is pursuing a second degree in nursing from Stevenson University, suggests these sweet potatoe chips with yogurt dip for a healthy snack.
