I am a 1993 graduate of Owings Mills High School and a graduate of Towson University. I received my law degree from University of Maryland in 2009. I have my own law practice in special education law and recently started The Legacy School, an independent school in Sykesville for children with dyslexia.
MY FAVORITE:
Book: “Love in the Time of Cholera” by Gabriel Garcia Marquez
Movie: “GoodWill Hunting”
If your child might have a learning difference: Have them tested by an educational psychologist.
I still keep in touch with high school friends: Jason Pinson (my husband), LarryMeyer, Erica Horwitz and many others.
Marrying someone from high school: provides a sense of comfort in that we have gone through some of the same experiences.
This summer I am looking forward to: vacationing in Virginia Beach with my husband, Jason, and children Noah and Mariana.
Growing up: My ideal summer day was going to the beach. I can sit by the water for hours on end and read. Then when it gets too hot, I love to go in the ocean.
