I am a 1997 graduate of Owings Mills High School, a 2001 graduate of Towson University with a bachelor’s in psychology and a concentration in philosophy. I’m also owner of B-More Yoga.

Yoga pose: Headstand

Musical group: Bob Marley and the Whalers

Movie: “Fierce Grace”

Food: My wife’s version of chana masala (Indian vegetarian dish).

Biggest misconception about yoga: You have to be flexible.

If I’m not working you’ll find me: Playing music. I play guitar, bass guitar and trumpet.

In my refrigerator you’ll always find: Tofu and spinach.

My biggest weakness: My daughter Aviva Mae. (She’s one year old.) I just have a huge soft spot for her and can’t deny her anything.
