Easy Chocolate Filling
Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
Directions
Melt chocolate chips and margarine over low heat. Remove from heat and cool. Add, egg, vanilla, sugar and nuts to chocolate and mix well.
