Guacamole


Ingredients

2 ripe avocados (soft to the touch)
2 Tbsp homemade salsa
1 Tbsp sour cream
1 small tomato, diced
1 small bunch cilantro

Directions

1. Split avocados in half and remove pit.

2. With a spoon, scoop avocado from skin and place in bowl.

3. Add salsa and stir with fork. Leave the mixture lumpy, with chunks of avocado.

4. Add sour cream, a little at a time, along with chopped cilantro to taste.

5. Garnish with more cilantro and tomato.
