Hot Artichoke Dip (dairy)


Ingredients

1 8 oz. can parmesan cheese
2 8 oz . pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1 large can artichoke hearts (packed in water, not oil)

Directions

Smash artichokes then add mayonnaise, onion and cheeses.

Spread in a baking dish and dot with butter. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Serve with crackers, baby party rye or bagelettes
