Ryan’s Italian Meat Balls
(milk-, peanut- and tree nut-free)
1 lb ground meat
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup Jason’s bread crumbs, plain flavor
1/2 cup soy milk
1 jar of marinara sauce
1. Mix ingredients together and form into meatballs.
2. Brown in small amount of vegetable oil.
3. Cook in marinara sauce with equal amounts of water on stove, covered, for one hour.
May be frozen when cooled. Serves 4.
