School bells are ringing across Baltimore, but Talmudical Academy is starting off the 2008-2009 school year with a bang.

Maryland’s Commission on Human Relations (MCHR), in a June 3 ruling, determined that there is “probable cause” that discrimination by the Strathmore Tower Condominium Board has occurred against its Orthodox residents.

As the longtime Democratic state delegate from Baltimore City’s 41st District, Mr. Rosenberg is a familiar face. This year, though, he has taken on a new role. He’s a co-chair of the state’s Jews for Obama campaign.
