Request replacement of a missing or damaged issue
For over 90 years we’ve worked hard to make sure your Jewish Times is delivered in a timely manner. Baltimore area subscribers should receive the JT no later than Monday; subscribers outside the Baltimore area should have it no later than the Wednesday after publication. Occasionally, however, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail.
If an issue does not arrive or arrives damaged, fill out the form below or call our Customer Service Department at 410-752-3504 (or 888-257-8558, toll free) and we’ll be happy to replace it. You may want to check the label of the last issue you received to be sure your subscription has not expired. When does my subscription expire?
Your mailing label contains important information which will help us serve you quickly and easily. (See diagram below.) Your label lists your expiration date, which shows the last issue of your current subscription. In the example below, the subscriber’s last issue would be March 23, 2001.
