Manhattan’s skyline – and Bethenny Frankel’s bare hind quarters—may never have looked better.
In an ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Ms. Frankel, the shapely (and pregnant) star of “The Real Housewives of New York,” became the latest celeb to strip for a “Fur? I’d Rather Go Naked” ad. Her billboard is located in New York City’s Times Square.
“I used to wear fur. I went to a cocktail party, walked outside on Fifth Avenue, and a PETA protester was holding up a skinned animal,” Ms. Frankel, 39, said in a statement. “I looked at it, and it made me sick. I felt disgusting. That day was a huge change, and since then I’ve really been against fur. I’m cleaning out my closets — trim, everything. I don’t see any reason for cruelty.”
Ms. Frankel follows on the heels of Eva Mendes, Kristen Johnson, Mickey Rourke, Audrina Patridge, Khloe Kardashian and “New Moon” star Christian Serratos in posing for the ad campaign.
