Ready for this? America’s most annoying woman believes her dog’s from another planet.
That’s right, Fran Drescher, the nanny, believes her pocket-sized, 10-year-old Pomeranian, Esther, resembles the fuzzy otherworldly mogwai, Gizmo, from the ‘80s flick “Gremlins.”
“I’m convinced that she comes from another planet and she’s down here to observe our culture,” the shapely Fran tells People. “So they made something that’s really extra cute, that no human can resist.
“Everybody stops me on the street to say, ‘What kind of dog is that? Is it a cat? Is it a dog? Is it a marsupial? Is it a teddy bear?’ Nobody seems to know.”
The doting Drescher sums it up this way: “She’s the most unique little creature. She’s the kindest living creature I’ve ever met in my entire life, any species. And I feel very lucky to have her.”
