It took about two presidential administrations. But after more than eight years together, Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart finally tied the knot last week.
The wedding took place at the Governor’s Mansion in Santa Fe, N.M., and was performed by Gov. Bill Richardson under the legal supervision of New Mexico’s chief justice, Charles W. Daniels, who officially declared the couple legally wed.
Gov. Richardson and his wife, Barbara, were witnesses for the bride and groom. Also in attendance was the newlyweds’ son Liam, 9. (Ms. Flockhart adopted the youngster in 2001.)
Mr. Ford, 67, who is currently filming “Cowboys And Aliens” in New Mexico, and Ms. Flockhart, 45, began courting after meeting at the ’02 Golden Globes. This is Harrison’s third marriage and the first for Calista.
