Well, it’s official: The Donald’s little girl – The Ivanka? – is now hitched to a nice (and exceedingly rich) Jewish boy.
Ivanka Trump, 27, and her longtime paramour, Jared Kushner, tied the knot last Sunday at the father of the bride’s golf course in Bedminster, N.J. Among the 500 guests were TV journalist Barbara Walters, writer Joel Klein, Pennsylvania guv Edward Rendell, actress Emmy Rossum and Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz.
The ceremony was officiated by Rabbi Haskel Lookstein. (Ivanka converted to Judaism several months ago, apparently to marry Jared.)
“Just finished a gorgeous hike,” Ivanka posted on Twitter a few hours before the wedding. “The leaves are spectacular and the sun is shining. Everything is simply perfect! I’m getting married today!”
The happy couple will honeymoon in Africa. Mr. Kushner, 28, is publisher of the New York Observer and son of billionaire real estate mogul Charles Kushner.
