Actor/filmmaker/author James Franco is at it again. His newest thing – art
Mr. Franco, 32, a Golden Globe winner for “James Dean,” came out last week with “The Dangerous Book Four Boys,” an exhibition at New York’s Clocktower Gallery. In his first solo show, he explores masculinity, sexuality and celebrity through film, photography, drawings and sculpture.
The exhibit is spread over two rooms, one of which features boyhood bedroom artifacts, and includes a short film devoted to mustaches, motorcycles and mannequins. The Wall Street Journal recently called Mr. Franco’s exhibition a “sort of creative schizophrenia” (whatever that means).
Is there anything this guy can’t do?
