Virtually everyone in America hated Jason Mesnick when he suddenly – on live TV!—reversed himself and dumped beautiful and sweet Melissa Rycroft for adorable and sweet Molly Malaney last fall on the finale of “The Bachelor.”
But it looks like Jason wasn’t just doing it for good ratings or to “make good TV.” He recently proposed to Molly, in New Zealand.
The couple—who have maintained a long-distance relationship (Jason in Seattle, Molly in Milwaukee)—went to NZ so “Jason can do what he should have done in the last time he was here, and ask Molly to marry him,” said a source close to the lovebirds.
Needless to say, Molly accepted. Ain’t love grand.
