They’ve been together now for seven years, and even have a 2-year-old daughter, Ramona. So Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard finally decided to make it official May 2 and get hitched. The wedding took place in Italy.
The celebration took place in a small chapel in Brindisi, according to European news reports. Among the guests were the bride’s bro, Jake Gyllenhaal, and his gal-pal, Reese Witherspoon.
Ms. Gyllenhaal, 31, and Mr. Sarsgaard, 38, co-starred in “In God’s Hands,” a low-budget feature produced in 2003 by Steven Soderbergh.
Ms Gyllenhaal recently starred in the blockbuster “The Dark Knight.” Mr. Sarsgaard has starred in such films as “Kinsey,” “Jarhead” (with Mr. Gyllenhaal) and “Shattered Glass.”
