Ah, now it gets nasty.
First, “Medium” star Patricia Arquette announces she has split with husband Thomas Jane, star of HBO’s “Hung.”
Now comes word that she is seeking primary physical and legal custody of their daughter, Harlow, 7, and is requesting that the court deny Jane any spousal support.
“The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter,” a rep for Jane said. “They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”
Arquette, 42, and the Baltimore-born Jane, 41, met through friends in 2001 and married in Italy in May 2006.
