They may be red hot, they may be hot, but they seriously need to make up their minds.
The Red Hot Chili Peppers recently inked a deal to perform in Israel. This comes a decade after the band canceled a performance at the last minute in the Jewish state.
Reportedly, the band will perform in Tel Aviv’s Yarkon Park next September as part of a world tour to promote its 10th album. Ticket prices are set at $105. The Peppers canceled a performance in Tel Aviv in 2001 due to the security situation there.
BTW, the band’s original guitarist, Hillel Slovak, was an Israeli who moved to the United States as a child. Slovak died of a heroin overdose in ’88.
