Is Zac Efron the same fair-haired boy who captured our hearts four years ago in “High School Musical”? Not according to his girlfriend and “HSM” co-star, Vanessa Hudgens.
“I look at him and I see a man,” the absolutely adorable Ms. Hudgens, 21, told Glamour. “He’s just grown-up.”
She said Mr. Efron, 22, was “adorable” when she met him in ’06, but, “I mean, he wasn’t the guy that he is today. Like, he had a gap in his teeth! He was a whole different person.”
Was there an instant love connection between them? “Right off the bat, we had a connection, I think everybody could see it,” she said.
And now? “I think that we inspire each other.”
