Hope For The Jews Of West Virginia’s Eastern Panhandle

David - Victor Kaplon was the elder brother of Abraham and was my great grandfather.  At one time the two brothers were in partnership and there was a big falling out.  I have some of the legal papers of the partnership dissolution along with other memorabilia of The V. Kaplon Co, in Brunswick Maryland.
