Jewish Group Helping Oil Spill Cleanup Victims

As regards the case of KEN L. SALAZAR, SECRETARY OF THE INTERIOR, et al ., PETITIONERS v. FRANK BUONO , i.e. Latin Cross in the Mohave Desert, the Cross put up in 1934 was originally on private land that got incorporated into Federal land. In addition, the original excuse for bringing the lawsuit was that the ex-reserve keeper, Frank Buono, said that some Buddhist had an equal prominent monument request turned down was proved to be false. In my opinion, the legal costs and expenses of the American Legion should be imposed on both the ex-reserve keeper and the ACLU at the very least
