Missing or Damaged Issue

Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If your issue arrives damaged, call our Customer Care Department at 888-809-0085 or fill out the following information and we’ll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue.

If your publication doesn’t arrive, call us at 888-809-0085 and we’ll figure out the problem. You can check the label of the last issue you received to be sure your subscription has not expired. To receive one replacement issue, you can complete the information here.
