Missing or Damaged Issue

For over 90 years we've worked hard to make sure your Jewish Times is delivered in a timely manner. Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail.

If your issue arrives damaged, call our Customer Care Department at 888-809-0085 or fill out the following information and we’ll be happy to replace your damaged or missing issue. You can check the label of the last issue you received to be sure your subscription has not expired. To receive one replacement issue, you can complete the form below.
