Designer Mishloach Manot


(Ages 12-16 years)

Materials Needed:

  • Colorful pasteboard
  • Assorted wrapping paper
  • Ribbon
  • Self-adhesive stickers
  • Clear tape
  • Scissors
  • Tissue paper for inner wrap
  • Actual gifts for inside (at least two different foods)

Instructions:

  • Step 1—Bring one corner of cardboard square under opposite corner to form a cone; tape well to hold in place.
  • Step 2—Cut off excess cardboard around upper edge.
  • Step 3—Shape wrapping paper around cone; tape in place leaving excess paper above cone on top.
  • Step 4—After filling with goodies, cover with tissue paper, and fold in sides of triagular portion of wrapping paper above cone.
  • Step 5—Fold down long flap over cone opening; add a ribbon loop, if desired, and fasten with self adhesive sticker.
