Samantha’s Hebrew name is Tziviah in loving memory of her maternal great-grandfather, Harold Strumpf, and paternal great-grandfather, Harry Singer. Proud grandparents are Linda and Mitchell Strumpf of Sarasota, Fla., Bruce Brown of Asheville, N.C. and Sharon Brown of Reisterstown. Happy great-grandmothers are Ann Rayman and Sylvia Singer.
