printRona and Marvin Barrash of Reisterstown are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Meredith Barrash, to Jeffrey David Zigler, son of Wendy and Dr. Jack Zigler of Dallas, Texas.
Brooke earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and sociology from Towson University and a master of public policy from American University. She is a health care analyst for the National Committee for Quality Assurance in Washington, D.C.
Jeffrey earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Texas, Austin and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is a senior associate with Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers in Washington, D.C.
Brooke is the granddaughter of the late Priscilla and Louis Demb, the late Sally and Stanley Barrash and the late Shirley Barrash.
Jeffrey is the grandson of Florence and Irving Zigler, Edith Drutman and the late Nathanial Drutman.
A May 2010 wedding is planned.
