printLinda and Barry Edelman of Owings Mills are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Megan Jill Edelman, to Daniel Michael Caplan, son of Dee and Rick Caplan of Parkville.
Megan earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from American University in Washington, D.C. She is working on a master’s degree in nursing at University of Maryland, Baltimore.
Daniel earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pa. He is an electrical engineer with Sigma Space Corporation in Lanham.
Megan is the granddaughter of Ruth Woldorff, the late Leon Woldorff and the late Ida and Louis Edelman.
Daniel is the grandson of Charles Streib, the late Dolores Streib and the late Anita and Stanley Caplan.
An August 2010 wedding is planned.
