printEllen and Mark Gordon of Pikesville are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Joshua Simon Gordon, to Kristen Nicole Pollock, daughter of Fran and Greg Pollock of Westfield, N.J.
Kristen earned a bachelor of science in mathematics from Loyola College in Maryland. She is currently a program analyst for the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics in Washington, D.C.
Joshua earned a bachelor of science and a doctorate of optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He is currently practicing optometry and is a partner in the Barenburg Eye Associates practice.
Kristen is the granddaughter of the late Josephine and Samuel Matino and the late Mildred and William Pollock.
Joshua is the grandson of Harriet Feinglass and the late Philip Feinglass, and the late Pauline Brozofsky.
A fall 2010 wedding is planned.
