printDr. Howard and Marlene Appelbaum of Baltimore, Md. are happy to announce the engagement of their son, Steven Myer, to Allison Michelle Schenkman, daughter of Dr. Michael and Rita Schenkman of Miami, Fla.
Allison received an undergraduate degree in business administration from Emory University and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
Steven received an undergraduate degree in government and politics & criminology and criminal justice from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law. He is an associate at Arnstein & Lehr LLP in Miami, Fla.
Allison is the granddaughter of Miriam Schenkman of Miami, Fla. and the late Jack Schenkman, and the late Anne and Morris Smith.
Steven is the grandson of Rosalie Leace of Baltimore, Md. and the late Myer Leace, and the late Norma and Sam Appelbaum.
A Spring 2010 wedding is planned.
