printKen and Janet Taff of Georgetown, Ky. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Kate, to James Malcholm Robinson III, son of Mary Anne Fuson of Bean Station, Tenn. and the late James M. Robinson II of Harlan, Ky.
Laura is a graduate in biology of the University of Kentucky and is preparing for graduate school in a physician assistant program.
James is a graduate of the University of Kentucky and is completing his second year of doctor of pharmacy school at Mercer University.
Laura is the granddaughter of Lottie Lattin and the late Max Lattin and the late Samuel Wolfson of Baltimore, Md.
James is the grandson of Lavon and James M. Robinson of Harlan, Ky. and Mary Jane and Larry Wilson of Largo, Fla.
A December 2009 wedding is planned.
