printMr. and Mrs. Barry Gendason are pleased to announce the marriage of their son, Casey Jordan, to Melissa Kay Rubenstein, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alex Rubenstein of Shreveport, La. The wedding was held on June 28, 2009 at Sam’s Town Hotel and Casino in Shreveport. Rabbi Eugene Levy and Rabbi Adam Raskin officiated.
The bride was escorted to the chuppah by her parents. Matron of honor was Cheryl Drazin, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Katie Bauman, Leslie Feldman, Lauren Hassani and Lisa Jaffe.
The groom was escorted to the chuppah by his parents. Best man was Ari Gendason, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Kevin Cookler, Aaron Drazin, Davi Kutner and Brian Rubenstein, brother of the bride.
Also honored in the procession were grandmother of the bride Mrs. Bennie Rubenstein and grandfather of the groom Mr. Harry Gendason.
After a honeymoon trip to Rome and Venice and a Mediterranean cruise, the couple now reside in Dallas.
