The 2009 Maryland legislative session ended Monday, April 13. Throughout the session, the General Assembly dealt with issues of importance to the state and its citizens, from the death penalty to child sexual abuse.
Some bills made headlines, while others did not. Needless to say, some bills passed, others did not.
