In a frying pan, saute onion and then add cabbage, a little water, salt, pepper, caraway seeds, sugar and lemon juice. Cook for about 1 hour over medium heat. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Allow to cool. In the meantime, preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare filo dough according to directions. For each strudel, use 8 sheets of filo. Brush each with some oil, then put one-third of the cabbage mixture on one end and roll up jelly roll fashion, folding ends securely. Place 3 strudels on greased baking pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8-10
