1. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix the sugar, oil and eggs. Add dry ingredients.
3. Stir in carrots, apple, and nuts. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 45 — 50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack.
