In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and honey until fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Mix in the egg and milk. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Chill this dough for about 1 hour or more. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Press each cookie with bottom of a glass coated with flour to flatten. Sprinkle each cookie liberally with the crushed candy. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven about 10-12 minutes until done. Cool completely on cookie sheet before removing. Makes 36 cookies.
