Chocolate-Dipped Stuffed Dried Apricots

Ingredients
24 dried apricots
About 2 ounces soft almond paste
6 ounces semi-sweet pareve chocolate, melted
Directions
Carefully stuff the dried apricots with a scant half-teaspoon of the almond paste and press to reseal the apricot. Dip the top third of each in the melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to dry and harden. This makes a wonderful hostess gift to serve with dessert! Yields 2 dozen.
