Dairy Noodle Kugel

Ingredients

1/2 pound medium wide noodles, cooked
1/2 pound farmer cheese
1/2 pound cottage cheese
1/2 pound cream cheese
2 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 eggs, well beaten
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup slivered almonds
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted


Directions

Blend all cheeses. Add next 7 ingredients. Pour over the noodles and blend. Pour mixture into a 9-by-13-inch pan. Mix the almonds, brown sugar and margarine and sprinkle on top of the mixture. (Cinnamon and sugar alone can also be used.) Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes or until set. Freezes well and can be doubled.
