Eternal Spring Soup

Ingredients
2 cups water
2 cups vegetable or parve chicken broth
1 1/2 to 2 pounds Swiss chard (or other green vegetable)
1/2 bunch of parsley
8-ounce can peas, undrained
garlic salt or powder to taste
Directions
In a soup pot, bring water and broth to a boil. Tear up Swiss chard and parsley. Add to stock; simmer for about 20 minutes or until soft. Add the peas and liquid. Puree in blender or food processor. Season to taste, adding more water if necessary. Serve hot or cold. 6-8 servings
