1. Set broiler to high.
2. Place the figs, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Top each half with about 1/2 teaspoon goat cheese.
3. Broil for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove from broiler. Let cool about 5 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Place an almond on each fig. Drizzle with honey and balsamic vinegar.
