Honey Glaze

Ingredients

1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon margarine

Directions

1. Place syrup ingredients in a small pan and bring to a boil.
2. Use a toothpick to poke a few holes in the top of the carrot- apple cake. Pour the syrup over the cake, letting it drip in the holes and down the sides. Cool.
