Salmon Dip

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon white horseradish
7-ounce can salmon, drained and flaked


Directions

Blend first 4 ingredients until well mixed. Fold in salmon and mix well. This can be served immediately or chilled. It keeps several days in the refrigerator, if it lasts that long! Serve with crackers, chips and/or fresh vegetables.
