Sharon’s Passover Popovers

Ingredients

4 large eggs
1/2 cup water or milk
4 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup matzoh cake meal


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Grease muffin tins with margarine.
3. Beat eggs, water, oil and salt.
4. Add matzoh cake meal and mix well with fork.
5. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes.
