The Seder Sour

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounce No. 209 Kosher-for-Passover gin
1/2 ounce warmed honey
Dash of Kosher for Passover horseradish (no more than 1/8 tsp)
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
Pinch kosher salt
Soda water


Directions

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing tin. Shake or stir the contents without ice to make sure the honey dissolves into the solution.

2. Add crushed ice, cover and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with a dash of soda water and garnish with sprig of parsley.
