Saute mushrooms for 5 minutes in butter. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in cream. Cook until thick. Add chives and lemon juice. Cool. Remove crust from bread. Use rolling pin to make slices thin. Spread with mixture, roll up. Pack and freeze, if desired. When ready to serve, defrost, cut each roll in half and toast on all sides in a 400-degree oven. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
