Wine Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

8 eggs, separated
11/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup cake meal
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 orange (juice and grated rind)
1 cup wine


Directions

Beat yolks with sugar until thick and creamy. Sift cake meal with cocoa and stir into yolk mixture. Add grated orange rind and wine; mix well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into tube pan, but do not grease pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
