Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover chicken with bread crumbs. Melt margarine in baking dish. Add vermouth, parsley, garlic, and pepper. Add chicken to baking dish and turn to coat. If it seems like the chicken is not fully coated make another batch or a half a batch of the margarine, vermouth, parsley, garlic mixture and drizzle on top of the chicken. Bake 35 - 40 minutes or until brown and crispy.
This is a great recipe to make ahead of time and reheat. It never dries out and just gets better and better each time it’s reheated.
