Combine oils and red pepper in a medium-large bowl. Microwave until hot, about 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients except cooked pasta. Blend well. Add pasta and toss to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serves 4.

2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons peanut or canola oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper or ground cayenne or to taste
1/2 cup diagonal, juliennne-sliced pea pods
1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
1/4 cup thinly chopped green onions
2 tablespoons each: honey, soy sauce and chopped parley or cilantro
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
1/2 pound thin spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
