In large saute pan, fry onion and peppers in oil until soft. Stir in curry and red pepper, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes. Using lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, place layer of 1/3 of gefilte fish evenly on bottom. Place half of sauteed vegetables evenly on top. Add another layer of 1/3 of gefilte fish, then remaining sauteed vegetables. End with another layer of gefilte fish. Bake in preheated 350- degree oven for 1 hour. Serves 10. Serve with or without horseradish.
