Ginger-Soy Sauce With Scallions

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup water
5 teaspoons sugar
2 medium scallions, sliced thin
4 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes


Directions

Combine all ingredients and stir in a small bowl to dissolve the sugar. Makes about 1-3/4 cups and is great served with a seared tuna entree.
